Pros
Shoe size is true to size. Complete with gumball toestops. Boot contour feels great on my feet and they fit snugly. The nylon plates hold up really well and are pretty light.
Overall, these are quite cozy and as a rollerderby newbie i really like them. What they say about the sizing is accurate.

Light weight, well padded, good wheels and bearings. Upgrade plate to moki billet aluminum. Roller bones turbo wheels and ceramic bearings.
Cons
The fabrication isn’t as good as the description on the skates! Also, very cheap plastic bottom. This is a major bummer because i have my one year derby-versarry tomorrow.

Was a little disappointed they did not have a choice of colors or whatnot but the quality is amazing
The posts on the toe stops that come with the skates are pretty short and the toe stops are pretty narrow
It’s a good starting point for a roller derby skate but i fully expect to buy something higher quality in the next year or two

But if you want something in this price point look no further

Very comfortable right out of the box didnt need any break in period
Competitiveness
I go to an indoor skating rink every weekend and these will definitely last quite a while for speed skating
But i do use them for outdoor skating
Youll be backward skating to boyz 2 men before you know it

Only reason im returning is because these skates are for derby mostly so there is not an elevated heel

The boot is not leather and they aren’t nearly as fast but i had to loosen my wheels so maybe that was the problem

Before you skate in them the wheels need to be loosened up a little
