It is easy to use and lightweight compared to other devices i have used in the past and i was not able to figure out how to use them which was very frustrating to me

What i truly like about this product is that i no longer need to delete any of my pictures from my phone due to lack of memory because with the sd card reader i am able to transfer them to my computer without any problem

The only issue and it is more of a macbook issue is that the usb c slots on the macbook are too close together so other devices are difficult to plug in at the same time

I tested it with my phone with no issues but you want to use it with the device stable laying down if possible i noticed too much side to side movement would cause issues
