This installs easily and seems to do the job. I wish the magnet was a bit stronger. Each part of the item has a plate that you secure to the door and the wall with screws, and then attach the chrome door stop parts to the mounting plates.
Cons
The door just bumps into the stopper and bounces off rather than sticking to the magnet. Further, the threading on the door section base, is tough and to attach without cross threading.
Metal is thinner and not as symmetrical. The plating is uneven, and worst, the magnet in the foot is just weaker.

The door is too far from the floor so it didnt work those normal door stop and i can finally leave her door open without using something to hold it

It works but the magnet is a little weak and sometimes even something as slight as the air conditioning vent can cause the door to come off the magnet and close

Another brand that i bought previously had stronger magnets but that brand was also much more noisy when operating at night with people asleep

My toddler gets annoyed with our tiny half bath door closing on her while shes washing her hands etc the floor space of the bathroom is the door

So i wanted one of these so the door would stay open when we wanted it to but not rip a hole in it when we wanted shut it since its a hollow door
