Like many modern computers mine was supplied without a disk drive so i had to buy a separate one but the usb lead connecting it to the computer wasn’t long enough

I found when playing dvds or burning cds i had the drive precariously balanced on the arm of the chair which was inviting trouble

Connecting involved nothing more than joining one end of the lead to the drive’s own lead and the other to the computer’s usb socket either 3
