Not much for writing reviews, but feel compelled to do so now. It is fantastic! It’s worth every penny!

Rtex-24 unit is almost like a big tank of hw but the supply is endless. This rheem unit has a knob, tap it to turn off while you purge the air. We have 3 showers, 5 sinks and the dishwasher and it gives us continuous hot water.

Cons

Big frog supply gave us a wh that had previously been used and returned. The only explanation is that big frog repackaged, (very poor job), a returned rheem wh and sent it out as new. This unit requires three sets of breakers. Not single breakers thou... Read More

Warm water, then freezing cold 40f water almost instantly. Water gets hot then cold when taking a shower not a steady hot especially when you try to use in the kitchen sink.

The iheat unit burnt up the connections twice and it was very wimpy on the hw volume

Our home address was not registering for shipping and he was very diligent about finding a way to get us the replacement parts asap

He walked us through trouble shooting the product determined what the problem was and nextday shipped the replacement parts to us

After much research on ondemand water heaters we decided to go with the rheem water heater

This is drastically lower than the price home depot or lowes would offer of nearly 600 plus tax
