The daytime video quality looks great. The video quality is excellent. The only reason i do not post videos is i need to get an sd memory to test the record functionality of this dash camera.

The setup of the unit is pretty straight forward. It’s easy to setup and operate. The dash cam is simple to install. Comes with a plastic tool used for removing door paneling and such.

This is a great addition to a vehicle that doesn't have existing backup camera capability. It's also quick and easy to save a video file. However, sometimes it saves videos if i just hit a bump.

Cons

The screen on this unit is terrible and the glare from the sun makes it impossible to see behind me. My battery seems to fluctuate and more than often the 12v ports shut off for one second and restart.

Night vision and audio quality is pretty good too

The quality of the image is pretty good and its not as bad as other say

The rubber string that attach the product on my car is a bit too short

But there have been some issues with the heat and its fallen off a few times

All in all i am happy with it and the price is reasonable will give my other cam the v1 to a friend

At the asking price i think it’s a pretty good choice

I purchase mines on the deal of the day and the price has went back up 50

However it goes on and sets up fast and easy

The shipping was really fast and the packaging impeccable

I just hope it can handle the summer heat since it is hard to remove and put somewhere out of the sunheat

Once powered on you can select front or rear camera or push the physical power button on the bottom to turn off the screen

I had a rexing v1 and im upgrading it to this m1

Just want to share my experience with others considering making a dual dashcam purchase

So i dont now if mine is capable of 1296p or just disabled by the firmware

Full disclosure rexing offers a 10 rebate for a review however that was not a motivating factor for me
