Ive had several sets of iems for playing live gigs and i find them comfortable especially the set which was molded specifically to my ears

The dual drivers on these are likely what makes the difference because the mids and highs dont suffer for the midbass like in a typical ear bud setup

There are a few songs which destroy little ear buds soundwise and these actually did a reasonable job of hanging in there

Just when i thought i was pretty impressed a particular song choice would result in a muddy midrange and it just got all sloppy
