Easy to use, clear instructions, easy to take apart and clean.

I am not clever enough to have taken a before photo of carpet that had a stain, but i am showing after i used this amazing machine. The only down side, is the 1 gallon tank - but since you must use hot water it’s a good idea to refill after each room.... Read More

Cons

The brush roll rips out carpet fibers. Save your money and rent a professional carpet cleaner and maybe buy a spot pet carpet cleaner.

Super frustrating after only using it a few times. Didn't work and smelled burning again. It works great briefly but won’t hold a charge for more than 15 minutes before it has to be plugged in again.

It looks like the rubber seal has come loose at the base of the machine. It no longer dispenses the solution.

Not fun, time wasting. Have to return. What a disappointment. save your money.
