Pros

I love that this is so challenging for me. Bought this for my 13 yr old son. I am sooo happy to have it now!

The entire family loves to use it. Works well with a standing desk. Rather than sitting on the couch to watch tv, someone is almost always on the board.

For what i paid i am a happy camper. He has an old cheap piece of styrofoam he was using and this was definitely an upgrade.

It works the core by balancing yourself and your legs by squatting. But i feel more confident doing that and when the board slides a bit under my feet, i am able to go with it. My legs burn due to the amount of time that i use it each day.

Cons

The quality is not what you pay for! Second the board migrates all over the roller. Tried it on our tile deck and very quickly fell. Just buy a $20-30 shop skateboard deck and $10 hard foam roller.
