This stainless nail file is well-made with a nice heft. The product is made in solingen, germany, a known location for quality steel and cutlery. It is stainless steel which makes it both durable and easy to clean.

Each side has its own degree of abrasiveness; one side is smoother than the other. The coarse and fine surfaces have good fine and finer grit, plus they can be washed clean.

Cons

It's not worth the epoxy to put this back together. This nails finish is really rough and not like the files of yesteryear. The biggest problem with this file is that it's just too flimsy.
