The eyelash curler works best when heated first with a blow dryer. It's the best curler i've ever own and i've bought several over the years.

Cons

The rubber is not thick enogh to grab eyelashes and therefore does not curl. Can't even get eyelash in the curler.

The top portion of this eyelash curler is so tall and so harshly curved. Normal curlers irritate my eye because they aren’t for my eye shape. This curler hardly curls lashes, and forget about them staying curled even if you could curl them.
