Quart saucepan is heavier than the old one it is replacing. Original lid was curved. The steamer pan from the other one fits perfextl.

The workmanship is poor. Not made like the old revere ware. Sorry revere ware just isn't the same quality.
This saucepan is so flimsy after 2 weeks of use it was rocking on the burner! It is light weight and it is not the same size as my old saucepan. Please believe all the negative reviews for this revere pan.

We used a revere ware 3 quart saucepan pan to steam vegetables about 6 days a week for over 40 years but leaving the burner on high one day evaporated all the water which raised the temperature to the point of no return and ruined the pan
