Pros

Revel tortilla maker is a good purchase who made tortillas or indian roti/puri at home. This is the only one that easily produces a flat and even roti or tortilla.

Cons

The hinges are not strong enough for me to press the dough while its cold. Even for pressing, i have to heat it up (otherwise the dough isn't malleable). This one has a control dial so you can regulate temp, but the thing made a loud pop and died!

The rotis comes hard (kadak) & not easy to eat. Roti was not cooked at all and kept breaking off. Not generating enough heat to make the roti.
