Pros
Leather sleeves are a must for smaw. Helps keep me from getting burnt up. Wearing a full leather jacket all day when not welding overhead is overkill. Over the all good buy but chest piece can be burnt through.
Cons
This product isn’t worth the box it comes in.

I wear button up shirts with a 3234 arm measurement and the sleeves on this jacket size large stop almost exactly on my wrist joint
