The gray one comes with buttons not snap ons like the kaki ones and for some reason the shirt would turn a rosey pink color wherever the flash from the arc hits almost instantly

If you go that route i suggest you get a tight weave denim 100 cotton shirt

Practically speaking this shirt has all the features that you expect from a fire resistant shirt at about the same cost as a new off the rack denim shirt
