Okay so essentially when you take them down to the bare facts they are a thick plastic with an inner padding of bubble wrap and a ridge velcro closure feature

The padding around the bags make them feel very protected and if i compare it to putting in a suitcase in protector instead of rolled up in a tshirt or towel i would feel more comfortable with it in the protector

The protector also is reassuring because if by any chance the bottle leaked etc
