Pros
Protects carpet from furniture leg divots. Moved a ridiculously heavy cabinet across a rough garage floor. The only concern would be the durability.
Moving furniture with ease with these sliders. It moves with ease when using these. I am a single woman and they make it so easy.
Cons
The absolute farthest diameter outside is barely 7. Mm. The material used on the sticky surface (the surface that is supposed to adhere to the item to be moved) is to slick, that is, has a coefficient of friction too low.

On huge items we put disc under both ends and two of us could move items

When moving the unit i do so slowly and about 2 feet at a time but i would never be able to slide such a heavy system around without injuring my back or having to take down the plasma tv first
