Pros
Works with oxo 8-cup coffeemaker. Works with ceramic drip cup that fits over coffee cup.
The material is durable and rust-free, ensuring a long-lasting product. The pieces of stainless filter are spot-welded very well, but i would recommend treating it gently, as the spots are tiny.
This works like a charm. Good purchase.
Cons
The design of this filter is flawed. I’m by no means a coffee snob, but the coffee that this puts out is unsat.
Listed as stainless, but has a plastic cover around the sides. The description says it fits dcc-450k 4-cup coffee maker and it does not. It’s that useless.
It is ok for a half pot but the water flows through it too quickly so you'll need extra, more finely ground coffee to get a decent cup. The coffee just backs up and spills grounds into the carafe. It still can't drain or filter properly.

There is a photo of one that failed in another review and that was my biggest fear when i opened the package that it could happen
The packaging is genius two plastic cups that snap together with the filter inside and then taped so as to stay together in shipment

Do remember to wash with soap every few days otherwise the tiny holes will get clogged with coffee oil and not drain well

The screen should be washed daily to keep the screen from having coffee oils build up which causes the water not to filter through the filter but flow over the top
