From sloanes first book gabriels rule to a protectors family christmas

But this was definitely the book where i wanted to keep following the rest of the books no matter how they tested me

This story starts hard where the previous two books eased us into how the protectors might operate on a dubious side of the law the two protagonists stalking and watching their wouldbe romantic interests was at least given some benign veneer or a distance

Even with mace and jonas in the first book it was an impersonal mistaken identity kind of animosity

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

So the reason this is my personal favorite despite that enormous hurdle to clear is due to the fact that this was the first protectors novel when the men connected to ronan grishams organization actually come together as a family

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Even though technically ronan and seth probably have the more realistic romance hawke and tate have my favorite and their bond with their son and how the rest of the protectors family spreads out from this lynchpin is the strongest of any of the stories

Ill reread this story until the day i die its my desert island book of all the protectors books

I am not a fan of the straighttogay novels
