The materials of the cover are sturdy and not flimsy plastic. It is super soft, dense, and fluffy.

It closes without any problems and is simple to operated. It shuts tight and does not come loose while in your purse.
Cons
It is very tiny. Many loose bristles. This leaves the brush useless and in need of replacement.

It is super soft dense and fluffy all of the important qualities of a kabuki brush
