It is very nice that it has a lapel clip on the ptt button dongle as this prevents the headset from being randomly jostled when you are moving around

For my use it was unfortunately not what i needed as i appear to talk to loudly for it and cause the audio to be impossibly distorted

If you have a overly bullish neck it doesnt fully sit in the correct place even on full extension

The throat mic does filter out exterior noise you could be standing next to a jackhammer and the person on the other side wouldnt even hear it

Your voice will come out muffled and quieter im told this is almost unavoidable with throat mics
