Day 5 after receiving shoulder micsas mentioned previously one of the mics did not work at all and now a 2nd one is starting to fail

If you look really close you can see the pinprick opening the manufacturer placed for speech

I bought these radios and mics before about 6 years ago

They work however i think china needs to rethink the molecules in their plastic as they dont hold up well
