It is a single tap attachment, so it’s great to use with a soaker hose in a garden or flower bed. It has non leaking connectors and it's easy to install. Built in metal filter prevents dirt, sediment and large particles from entering the timer.

Its my experience with seals like this that over time the seal will likely dry out and may not allow the door to stay closed

Only complaint is i dont like that the display never shuts off even when we turn the unit to off so i dont know how long the batteries will last

All you need to do is rotate the dial to set the clock and start the time in how long and how often you would like it to run

It will fit a standard 34” hose that gives a decent amount of pressure
