Pros
The neck one is quite long and conforms nicely to my upper neck area. I have arthritis in my knee and many mornings it is swollen. About half an hour or so later, swelling is down.
Product works well. It's very easy contort into however you need to apply it. Priced reasonable. Ditch the hard ice pack.
Cons
Do yourself a favour and just buy another brand. The item has an extremely strong plastic fumes smell. Received yesterday afternoon, placed in freezer.
