Pros
Very comfortable. Been in agony with cracked and herniated discs. It's still beneficial even though i have a new, good quality medium-firm mattress.

This memory foam cushion is comfortable when placed behind your back upright
I hurtmy back over stretching in yoga last week as well as a new mattress which is less supportive than my old one
Unable to feel comfortable at night a good nights sleep was practically nonexistant

However its still good value for money and worth having

I bought this for my partner who has a bulging disc in his lower back and really struggles in bed

This is good quality but didnt help my lower back problem but i think it depends on the problem my problem turns out to be hip flexers so im following excersises on youtube which has sorted my issue so this may not have been the right product for me

When lying in bed on your side it is alittle uncomfortable where the raised part of the cushion is
