Amazon cs were useless and couldnt explain why their dates keep changing like the weather so i ended up asking the courier to hold on to it for a week which arrow did but amazon could save people so much grief by doing something about their awful delivery estimates as you just cannot rely on them at all

I had high hopes for this mattress having read the reviews but its not quite as good for me although appreciate comfort is individual with things like this
