The mattress itself would get 5 stars but i was left feeling short changed and disappointed by the service from amazon hence they lose a star

So i got back onto them and was told it had to go through multiple warehouses to get here but rest assured theyre doing all they can etc etc

The pun was funny the first time but now it started to feel like they were taking the p a bit especially as the issues in my email werent being understood or were being ignored and i was getting repetitive answers from a hymn sheet

Id had enough and took to twitter asking them to get someone english speaking to respond to me asap and to be fair within a couple of hours i had a phone call apologising and acknowledging that the email responses id received were completely untrue and they had no idea why id been lied to and that this was unacceptable

Another slight issue was no option to request delivery to a room instead of just to the front door
