As a mouth breather that doesnt like a mask its imperative that i use this item to keep my jaw shut at night which allows me to use a nasal instead of full face mask

My first night at home with a full face mask left me with a paper dry mouth which is not a pleasant way to wake up multiple times a night defeating the purpose to the therapy

In perusing the various cpap user websites i came across various solutions such as taping and gluing ones mouth closed
