I am scared if i able not to hold it right and it will hit me on my face

I admit i dont go to a gym due to the distance made it impossible for me

I am still figuring out to use in a way that i am comfortable with it because really at this point i am still scared to pull the resistance band all the way up

But it didnt bother me as i believe there are a lot of tools available that we could use in the comfort of my your very own home just like the resistance band that is within everyones reach
