Used to use rubber ones and always had troubles with rolling and it was painful and annoying to have to pause the program i was working out to just to fix them multiple times

I dont think i will ever get to use the smallest one and its hard enough pulling it with my hands but no complaints otherwise

The best thing is they have an anti slip grip on the inside so they actually stay on my hips or thighs once placed vs the old school cheap elastic bands i was trying to use
