Pros

These bands are awesome! They also come with a little storage bag and an instruction book with many pages of suggested exercises. The quality is much better than those at the gym.

These are thick and woven material. Extremely durable and resistant. Much nicer than the standard silicone type thin bands.

Four bands with progressive light, medium, heavy, and x-heavy resistance. Same resistance increments and quality is excellent.

Cons

The only place they will securely sit without rolling up is right above my knees. My thighs run l to xl and it's extremely difficult to get them up high enough to burn the biscuits. They only fit on one thigh.
