I got ghosted. Waited for email confirmation; checked spam folder - nothing. At this point, i feel like someone rubbed me.

I quickly shipped off my drive and tried to keep my expectations low to avoid disappointment

Lo and behold a month later i received word that my data was recovered successfully and they were shipping it back on a new drive
