Res-q-rinse is a truly a technological improvement over the netipot. There is zero gagging or that dreaded drowning feeling that comes with using the netipot. The pro that i appreciate is that it holds 10oz rather than 8oz.
I use this product on a regular basis in the winter especially to help eliminate dry nasal passages that cause me nose bleeds. Since using this for the past week, have had 3 bad storms and not 1 headache.

Cons
Not a functional nasal spray rinse product design. I still have no voice due to congestion and it is now 6 weeks later. It's just a * contraption.

I tried neti pot and just didnt like the process it doesnt help if you dont use it

Ive tried both neti pots and the navage electronic system and no matter how hard i try both give me that im waterboarding myself type of feeling

This one worked awesome on the very first try didnt have to try keeping my head at different angles etc just blow in and water shoots up one nostril and out the other really cleaned me out

For the money its not worth it because you must replace every 3 months also you must clean it only with distilled water i tried calling them to verify
