I'd highly recommend these if your dr prescribes a high dose of vitamin d & you have trouble swallowing large pills/tablets. Taking it for a vitamin d diffency. When i stay on these, my hypothyroid symptoms stay at bay.

A little chalky but not too bad, has an orange flavor that is ok. Even has a pleasant taste.

It was delivered as promised. It is reasonably priced. Exceeded expectations. Knowing the expiration date is good makes me feel like i can trust buying it from everidis thru amazon again.

The flavor is not awful, but it's not something i'm delighted to take. They lack that kick and zing that i was expecting from an orange flavor.
