Pros

It is packaged nicely and included with the screw drivers necessary to complete the replacement. Installation is extremely easy with two screwdrivers in the package. The only negative is the phillip's screwdriver isn't quite the right size.

Cons

Very displeased with this product. The battery produces exactly zero power. Amazon needs to do a better job at associating reviews like this with only the vendor that sent me the defective battery.
