Pros
Very satisfied with the price, quality and speed of service. Looks like a great product, solid enough i'm a generously proportioned chap and this really does the trick.
Cons
Buyers beware if repairing an existing chair. Difficult to make work and install. Did not boost the longevity of the chair.

All fitted well and looked good on my refurb chair
Needed a replacement base as wheelleg had snapped so rather than buy a plastic onei bought this one

Smaller radius than the original base and the diameter of the hole for the gas strut is larger making the strut sit below the bottom of the base

Simply turn chair upside down and hammer centre column so original base pops out
