They hold the nasal pillows securely. The elastic headband is the first to go even when the rest of the nasal pillow is still fine. They work well with my hose for my nose pillows for my cpap machine.
Cons
Product is of minimal benefit as the straps permanently stretch in a short period of time and become worthless. I have to pull a lot of strap through to fit my head and it is still loose. Very disappointing product.

I would say they are better quality than the one that came with my cpap
I do not believe that you will ever find better priced cpap equipment then on amazon

Unfortunately because they are not oem parts they are not covered under my extended health benefits plan but they are still cheaper than the oem straps even with the plan discount
