Pros

The only real issue is the rubber bushing kind of disintegrating creating a lot of noise and creaking. Clean the bearings and washer parts with wd40. Lube everything up with lithium grease.

Thank you very much fir your site and your store and for a real product that genuinely does what it is described as doing! I'm thankful this kit is available.

The original bearing assembly was fractured, causing the noises. While it's sinking less often and not as drastically, again, the problem persists.

Overpriced for what is in the kit but it is a reasonably priced fix if these parts need to be replaced

Came in 2 days and was exactly the part needed

It was much faster than getting the bottom clip from a herman miller dealer

I try to look for prime items on amazon and pay for a prime membership hoping it will be shipped by amazon when i buy items

Anyway as far as the product goes im satisfied and happy it was shipped by amazon
