Pros

These just slip right on, and are comfortable. Fits my garmin vivoactive perfectly and holds the band tightly in place.

The replacement is a lifesaver to keep the excess from flopping around. This one is much sturdier and now i have few if needed again.

Cons

The tab is round and the slots on the watch band are rectangular. They slide off and are not effective. This product is not compatible with garmin watch. Also took forever to arrive.
