Installation takes just a bit of finesse and patience. Easy to install and received quickly.
They are the cheapest replacement pads on amazon. They seem good quality. It's similar to double sided tape. They are a bit difficult to install.
Cons
Center prices are glued in with little or no glue. Very difficult to add pads to attachment bracket. Torn within 2 months of replacing. Which seems to be the new fad here at amazon.

When you remove the old ear pads take care not to remove the dark gray foam ringseal from the headphone frame and remember to carefully recoverreuse the plastic clipon rings from inside the old pads

Rightleft may not matter but the surface that faces the frame will only clip on one way
