Replacement pads fit perfect with no hassles and no tools. Was very easy to install. Material picks up scuff marks but can be cleaned.

Cons

Metal washer inside the crutch pad is too thin and bowed. Metal cuts through the rubber grip. Bottom rubber seems to have gone brittle.
