Pros
Compared to an original ac adapter, this one is inexpensive and it is working appropriately. It is recognized by my dell d-830 as a genuine dell charger and has been in continuous use for a year now. Enough power for my d series docking station.
Cons
Product failed on 10/9/2012. While an inexpensive replacement for a laptop charger the quality is not great on the insulation/reinforcement of the cable where it attaches to the adapter.
