Pros
Only one home depot and lowes carries! This silicone version is super easy to install and makes a much better seal to prevent leaking flappers. Fixed a leaky toilet without needing to call the plumber.
This works way better than the 3 inch amazon recommended. Works fine, just a little tricky. A little pricey but it works very well as original one.
Cons
Product is not a toto my customer tried the same one and it leaks. The cheaper $10 version actually works so much better than the one.

In the middle of the night i tried to flush my toilet and nothing happened

I discovered that the original flap had developed a slit in the ring that the chain attached to so when i flushed the chain lifted nothing

The chain was a little too long so i did have to move the clip to shorten the chain

I’d suggest comparing the old chain to the new one and making any adjustment before fitting the flap in the tank

Theres a few 3 inch flappers out there some of them will work i like to replace with the original flapper do to the fact that the original has work perfect and lasted for quite a while others i tried have fallen apart in much less time
