If you are prone to yeast infections or bacterial * infections, this makes a difference. Most probiotic need it. Added to regimen for uti.
Cons
Does not have enough strains of the lacto bacteria to do anything. Will not repurchase. Other suppliers send packages that don't expire for at least a year - these expire in a couple months!
