The customer service for rep fitness is amazing i had a problem with my order they forgot to ship the additional 10lb set i sent them an email on a saturday morning and not only did they respond same day they responded twice that same day and resolved the issue with a new tracking number before dinner

My only issue is that i ordered the color plates set but received one blue 45lb plate and the rest of the set in black
