It attaches firmly at ends and i haven’t had it come undone at all

I tried another cover but there werent any ties so the blanket slid around inside so i returned that one

Just be sure to turn it completely wrong side out to be able to access the ties to hold the blanket in place

As others have mentioned the cover is actually a few inches larger than 60x80 inches so it doesnt make a snug fit for my weighted blanket

Also before i made this purchase i looked at a lot of different covers and it seems that they almost always come larger than the blankets theyre supposed to fit so it seems like thats just how they make them frustratingly
