The only reason i gave it 45 instead of 55 is because i feel like the app can be inaccurate sometimes when it comes to bmr

Also there have been a couple times where i will stand on the scale and it will get my weight but for some reason it wont be able to calculate anything else

One note is you need to have the app open for it read the data from the scale but that read is really quick

Takes less than a minute to download app set up account and then find the scale with the app using bluetooth
