Pros
Free scale syncs with renpho app and gives you lots of stats and information on your weight and body composition. Allows me to track my progress over time and helps in setting clear, measurable goals.
This scale doesn't just tell you your weight; it dives deep with a plethora of measurements. Package is well-protected and nicely packed. The nutrition part is pretty good and is more like a bonus!
Even if every metric might not be 100% accurate to the decimal, they offer an incredibly consistent baseline. As long as they are consistent i can use them as directional guidelines.
Cons
The scale is always on standby and discharges very quickly while not in use. The app reports that the mobile's location is required in order to connect to bluetooth, which is absolutely false.
