It helps intestines intes stay happy! There are no side effcts as there are with so many supplements that help regularity ibn intestines. They do work and do not give you the bloating and cramps.
Cons
Don't buy this product. Also felt very bloated. I have very sensitive skin already but it irritated it. Took 5 pills daily for 5 days and had no result.
