Pros

These are amazing, feels like a pillow against your face instead of plastic that gets oily the longer it's on. All air leakage problems. With these, the fit needs to be snug but not uncomfortable. No more leakage.

Used it over the face mask of my cpap machine. Really makes the cpap mask adhere to your face and create a seal that lasts all night. No more skin irritation is what i appreciate.

I've used them for a long time and never breathed one in or choked on the material like my prior diy solutions. They are a little expensive over the long haul.

Make sure to get the right size liner. One challenge is flattening them after washing.

Cons

The liner leaked big time - the mask fit much better without it. They provide little to no padding and made no difference to my skin irritation. Won’t stay put moves and may actually hinder air flow.
